All massage modalities are performed using organic fractionated coconut oil and/or organic cold pressed jojoba oil.

Add-ons such as cupping, cryotherapy, kinesio tapping, and gua sha will be added free of charge upon request. Grape seed oil is also available upon request for those with tree nut allergies.

The art of Gua Sha focused on facial tissue helps encourage movement and stimulation of facial tissues resulting in improved skin function along with delivering relaxation during and after.

Reiki

A light touch therapy guiding the body into deep relaxation and emotional/ spiritual release

Reflexology

Performed on the feet and/ or hands, reflex points are stimulated to aid the body into relaxation and support resolution of physical dis functions

Craniosacral therapy (CST)

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
